September is here and things are already starting to heat up.
School starts tomorrow already and I am actually looking forward to it. I am taking three classes and I'm quite excited about two of them. I am signed up for Digital Montage (creating photomontages using Photoshop), Experimental Photography (using alternative processes) and Concept & Critical Processes (a philosophy based course that while I'm not excited about it, it will help me as I really get down to the nitty gritty of my thesis this semester). It's gonna be crazy busy, but I just keep telling myself that it is all over come May (graduation)!
On top of this, I've joined a walking club that meets two nights a week; a Girls Night Out group that meets every week; my photo club starts back up in two weeks; I'm joining a women's university group this month; and I hope to be able to squeeze a yoga or pilates class in sometime during the week. Hopefully I don't end up going crazy from it all.
Well, I thought that I would continue with the journal features as a way of saying thanks to everyone for the support and the comments and such over the last two years and 5,000 page views. I have several themes that I would like to get posted for journals in the next few weeks before school gets too crazy and I can no longer keep up with it.
So, without further ado, here is this weeks feature. All of the images here in some way feature my favorite flower, the Gerbera Daisy. Take a look and be sure to check out the artists behind the work!
